Yale SOM International Experience:
   Bangladesh and Vietnam 2012

In 2012, Professor Mobarak took students to Bangladesh and Vietnam.  In Bangladesh students met with the director of the Bangladeshi National Board of Revenue and a number of NGOs working across many sectors including education, water access, sanitation and corruption.  Students also visited an export processing zone and a money management firm and toured a pharmaceutical factory and the Modhupur National Forest.  During the Vietnam portion of the trip, students visited with members of the US Consulate, the Asia Commerical Bank, leading infrastructure developers, a law firm and an international money management firm.
